The Lily Home

The Lily Home was a project from my Digital Drafting 2 class. We were given the floor plans of a two-story house. The goal was to build the floors, walls, and ceilings in Revit. I selected furniture and finishes using the SketchUp materials library and 3D warehouse because the Revit library is not as extensive. Then, I used Lumion, a rendering software, to produce high-quality rendered images and a fly-through video showcasing the design of each space.

The plan set consists of a cover page, construction plan, furniture plan, elevation and longitudinal section, and an exploded axonometric.

Mood Board

This collage shows the inspiration for The Lily Home. I opted for a light and airy feel with light to dark wood tones for contrast, black metal hardware and fixtures, and purple as an accent color.
