Phase 1:
Demolition Plan

The dashed lines represent the walls and kitchen peninsula to be removed. It also shows the doors, windows, and appliances to be replaced.

Phase 1:
Floor Plan

The added and remaining walls from the demo plan are poché’d in ink. The rooms are defined with furniture. The former study is converted into a guest bedroom with a closet. The kitchen is opened up to provide more counter space. The old washer location became a corner pantry and the former pantry became a linen closet with a stacked washer and dryer.

Phase 2:
Reflected Ceiling Plan

The purpose of an RCP is to show lighting, ceiling fans, exposed beams, smoke detectors, and anything else that is planned to be connected to the ceiling. The ceiling heights in each room are also noted.

Phase 3:
Kitchen Elevation

The kitchen elevations are referenced by the elevation tags on the floor plan. The stove/fridge wall, sink wall, and peninsula are included along with the backsplash, cabinetry, and appliance details.
